IDSS is designed to support Isuzu North America vehicles. The IDSS program supports vehicle engine configurations and controller systems.

If you experience issues:

Vehicle to IDSS Interface Device connection – Verify the vehicle can start. The power for the IDSS Interface Device is obtained from the vehicle battery supply.
Vehicle to Interface Device power can be verified by ensuring the left lightning bolt icon is yellow when in Diagnostics mode.
Ensure the IDSS Interface Device connections are secure.
Ensure the vehicle battery is fully charged.
Ensure the most recent IDSS version has been installed.
Properly follow any disconnect instructions as provided during a programming event.
